General terms and conditions:

Check-in after 14:00 o`clock. For late arrival – please inform the reception in writing by email.Room is kept until 18:00 o`clock.
Check-out time is until 12:00 p.m.

Early check-in is available if possible, upon prior agreement with reception as a 50% charge applies.
If the room is used after 12:00 o`clock until 18:00 o`clock – 50% of the cost is charged.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8:30 o`clock to 10:00 o`clock.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Payment for accommodation is made in cash at check-in or by bank transfer.

Deposit is not refunded

In case of cancellation or non-appearance on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Family Hotel “Elenski Riton” reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the hotel’s control. In these cases, the hotel offers the client accommodation for another period, subject to the same conditions and prices. Bringing alcohol and food products on the territory of Family Hotel Elenski Riton is prohibited.
The hotel has the right to set prices different from those stated in the price list for public holidays and other periods expressly determined by the hotel.

Hotel Elenski Riton reserves the right to decline accommodation to persons visibly intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants, as well as in case of aggressive behavior or gross violation of generally accepted norms of behavior.
